A new scam is making the rounds, customers are being contacted by a call centre that claims to be from Microsoft. The caller then points out your computer is slow and full of virus infections which need to be removed. They offer to do this via remote support but install a number of fraudulant, fake anti spyware programs and ask for payment by credit card to register these programs.
